Cancellation Policy
Keep in mind the treatments you select are reserved for you. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours of notice for cancellations of all individual services.
For packages and multiple service bookings 48 hours notice is required. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a $20 (minimum) to 100% charge of the missed or cancelled services.
Gift Vouchers
We will be happy to help customize a memorable experience for someone special. Amber Spa gift vouchers are available for packages or for individual services and in any denomination.
Gift certificates purchased at Amber Spa do not expire. The value of the gift voucher is equal to the dollar value that was paid at the time of purchase.
